Refund and Cancellation policy
Order Cancellation: Once an order has been placed on our website, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances. We process orders promptly to ensure timely delivery, and therefore, cancellations are not entertained. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Refund Policy:
We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. However, returns are only accepted in the case of a manufacturing defect and must be requested within 2 days of receiving the item(s).
To be eligible for a return:
- A clear, unedited video of the parcel being opened is mandatory as proof to claim a return. The video must start before opening the package and clearly show the issue.
- The item(s) must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.
- Once the returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 48 hours.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the refund amount will be for the purchase price of the returned item(s) only.
Exceptions:
- No refunds will be provided for minor color variations or slight design differences, as artificial jewelry may appear differently due to screen resolutions.
- We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases or personal dislikes after receiving the product.
- Any claims made beyond the 2 days window or without a proper parcel opening video will not be entertained.
