Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but we strive to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination. Customers can expect estimated delivery times to be provided at the checkout stage. Please note that delivery times may be subject to delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or customs clearance processes. Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authority.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order, the shipping method selected, and the destination address. Customers can view the shipping costs associated with their order during the checkout process before making payment. If there are any shipping cost(s) levied by the seller or the Platform Owner (as the case be), the same is not refundable.
